Our judging process comprises two rounds:

  • The first round evaluates written entries against the five categories in the application form.
  • The second round involves formal interviews of finalists to assess the validity and depth of answers.

Each awards category features a distinct judging panel consisting of two FM judges and one guest judge from the wider industry, possessing skills relevant to judging the respective category.
