The Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ) represents Aotearoa’s community of FM professionals and supports professional development, networking and knowledge sharing for members.
Our members are in-house facilities managers, FM contractors and external FM consultants who oversee the strategic and operational management of facilities to ensure our public spaces and workplaces are safe, healthy, sustainable, productive and fit-for-purpose. We also invite businesses that supply goods and services to the FM industry to join as member organisations.
Facilities managers have an important role to play in many of the seismic shifts taking place in the world – around sustainability, climate change, mental health, diversity and inclusion, leadership, technology, and new ways of working – and make a vital contribution to the world as custodians of the built environment.
