On this exclusive site visit, we’ll explore the theatre from a facilities management perspective - moving from backstage through to the auditorium and getting a closer look at how this impressive new performing arts venue operates behind the curtains.
Our host, Ross Hargood from the Waikato Regional Property Trust, will share insights from his eight-year journey helping guide the project from early concept and design through to the theatre’s reopening in 2026.
The BNZ Theatre is a newly built, international-standard performing arts venue that replaces Hamilton’s former theatre infrastructure and is set to play a key role in revitalising the city centre while attracting major touring productions.
Numbers are limited to 25–30 attendees, so be sure to secure your spot early.
After the tour, those who’d like to continue the conversation are welcome to join fellow FM colleagues for a relaxed drink at a nearby café or bar.
