Good asset management starts with the right data. In this practical Access the Expert Q&A, Matt Abbott from SPM Assets and highly regarded asset management practitioner Tracy Massam will explore how to develop a fit-for-purpose asset register. This includes using logical data structures and identifying the key attributes needed for each asset.
Matt and Tracy will also answer your questions about turning asset information into meaningful intelligence. Learn how condition and criticality can help you prioritise and plan facility maintenance.
This session is ideal for facilities managers dealing with ageing and increasingly complex assets. It will also be valuable for those looking to focus their limited time on the data that matters. Find out how the right information can support a risk-informed works plan, even when budgets are tight.
Following a short introduction by Matt and Tracy, we will open the floor for your questions.
No formal agenda - just your questions, answered in real time.
Please note that this session will not be recorded.
We’d love to receive your questions for Tracy and Matt in advance. Simply email them to steph@fmanz.org. You’re also welcome to ask your questions live during the session.
