We’re starting to see early signs of fuel supply pressures impacting the facilities management sector, from service delivery through to pricing and wider supply chain challenges.

This online industry check-in brings together a small group of voices from across facilities management, councils, contractors, suppliers, and government to share what they are seeing on the ground.

This is not a formal webinar or advisory session. It is a practical, real-time conversation designed to help connect the dots across the sector. The intent is not to solve the issue or provide guidance, but to gather insights into what is actually happening across the industry right now.

Following the panel commentary, there’ll be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and share their own perspectives, contributing to a broader understanding of how fuel pressures are being felt across different parts of the FM community.

Together, we’ll surface real experiences and explore:

• what is emerging across portfolios and regions
• how different parts of the supply chain are responding
• early impacts such as surcharges, service delivery, and cost pressures
• how facilities managers are navigating this in the short term
• where pressure points are appearing, and expectations may be starting to feel out of alignment
• what we may need to start thinking about longer term

The value is in building a shared picture of what’s unfolding. By connecting insights across the FM ecosystem, we can create a clearer, collective understanding of the current environment and what may come next.
