FMANZ Otago members, join us on 17 June for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Aonui, the new head office of the Otago Regional Council.
The tour will provide insights into the building’s development, design, and purpose, while offering a valuable opportunity to explore the facility through a facilities management lens.
One of Dunedin’s newest major building developments, Aonui brings ORC’s Dunedin-based teams together in a central hub designed to support collaboration, improve customer access, and provide a modern workplace for council staff.
The building also incorporates significant cultural design elements woven throughout, reflecting values of environmental stewardship, leadership, and the region’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
