BUILDING COMPLIANCE 101 HALF-DAY WORKSHOP

FMANZ and Building Networks' Rosie Killip have teamed up to offer two levels of Building Compliance Workshops for Facilities Managers. This half-day 101 workshop is an introduction to the world of building compliance for those new to FM. It will get you up to speed with everything you need to know, including your responsibilities, building control processes, building consents, compulsory safety checks, and much more. 

REGISTRATION FEE 
  • Member fee: $250 +gst
  • Non-Member fee: $325+gst

  • What work contractors/tenants can do without a building consent
  • What you need to check before leasing or taking over a building
  • When building consents and Code Compliance Certificates are necessary
  • How to check the feasibility of upgrades and alterations to existing buildings
  • When Certificates for Public Use are needed
  • The lowdown on compulsory safety checks of systems through compliance schedules and BWOFs
