Bruce Kenning (Chair)

As the Group Manager, Facilities Management at Inland Revenue,  Bruce manages a range of core and non-core FM services, supporting the 6,500 staff and contractors at 25 sites across the country.  Bruce has been a National Evaluator for the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation, and introduced the Baldrige model for performance excellence into FM.

Prior to joining Inland Revenue in 2011, Bruce had a 32 year career with the NZ Defence Force.  He led the amalgamation of the property organisations of the three Services into one organisation, resulting in one of the largest government property portfolios.

Bruce has a Bachelor of Science from Victoria University and a Master of Business Studies from Massey University.

Jack Crutzen 

In March 2015 Jack started PRISMA Facilities Management Ltd, a business consultancy company specialising in FM, procurement, project management, change management and interim management support.

Jack held the role of National Facilities Manager at Westpac New Zealand from 2007 to 2013, followed by 1.5 years as National Property Asset Manager at KiwiRail. In this role he and his team were responsible for the professionalization of FM, and Programme Management for one of New Zealand's largest property and asset portfolios.

Jack has an extensive background in FM, procurement and corporate real estate in the Netherlands and immigrated a decade ago to New Zealand with his family. Jack is passionate about FM, CRE, sustainability and creating value add for the business strategy and he has held various roles in different industries. Jack is highly involved in energy management and sustainability and this resulted in winning the EECA Energy Management Award for Westpac. 

Jack was the first chair of the FMANZ Auckland Committee (April 2010) and was elected as Board member in August 2012. Jack was the first chair of the Education Committee and this resulted in several initiatives as the result of some great team work. Jack has been Deputy Chair since September 2014. In this term he will focus on advocacy, strategy, research and governance within FMANZ.

Peter Harris



Peter has over 25 years' experience in the fields of property, asset governance, facilities management, and construction and development advisory, recently specialising in capital asset management / governance and 'whole life' / BIM advisory. He is a Director with 20 years’ experience working in governance, strategy, management, change leadership, business project and process delivery.

As well as being a board member of FMANZ and Chair of the FMANZ Foundation, Peter is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, a Chartered Building Surveyor and member of the RICS Oceania World Regional Board. Peter has developed governance dashboarding for the world's largest dairy co-operative, Fonterra, and is Chairman of the Hurunui Water Project. He has evaluated ISO AS/NZ Standards and is an advisor to a range of privately held and public entities.

Veronika Harrison


Based in Wellington, Veronika is currently Senior Supplier Relationship Manager at Land Information New Zealand, a role which sees her providing relationship contract management with external service providers for Crown Property throughout New Zealand. Previously she was the Senior FM and Contract Relationship Manager for Westpac, where she was responsible for the budgetary management of 199 branches and seven Corporate offices.

Veronika was a member of FMANZ’s Auckland Committee for two years, and joined the Wellington Committee when she moved to the capital in 2014. She became FMANZ-accredited in 2013.

Agnes McCormack-69

Agnes McCormack


Agnes has over 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management across the public and voluntary sectors working with and on behalf of elected members and stakeholders. As Head of Operational Management and Maintenance - Community Facilities with Auckland Council, her current portfolio is valued in the region of $11 billion with an annual operational budget circa $130 million. Delivering high quality outcomes for stakeholders is her motivation as is the lifelong learning afforded by managing a broad range of assets which includes coastal beaches, regional parks, sports fields, urban forests, playgrounds modern high density office accommodation, high use community facilities, and complex aquatic systems.

Agnes joined the FMANZ Board in August 2017.

Regan Simpson

Regan has spent 20 years working in the Facilities Management industry both in Europe and in New Zealand and is currently Managing Director MSS Group. Previous positions include Director Brookfield NZ, Director Property and Facilities Management at JLL, Head of Facilities Management, Colliers, Head of Facilities with Rubicon Retail in the UK and Facilities Manager - Universal Studios, UK.

Previous Directorships: BGIS NZ Limited and C3 Limited Multiplex Tasman Management Ltd, Prime Infrastructure Networks Ltd, Brookfield Multiplex Capital Ltd, Onyx Property NZ Ltd, and Multiplex Funds Management Ltd.

Regan holds a NZ Certificate in Architectural Drafting and a Certificate from BIFM. Regan joined the FMANZ Board in August 2017.

Warren Smith


Warren is a New Zealander with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked in facilities management and technical services, engineering design, geothermal engineering, project management, maintenance, strategic management, business analysis, business trouble shooting & turn around.  Warren has published academic papers and is an invited conference speaker.  He founded Operating Partners Limited in 2010 after returning from Singapore where he established the Facilities Department for the phase 1 opening of the Sing$8 billion Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort.

He is recognised for his initiatives in energy and water conservation and is a founding Strategic Advisor to JUCCCE (Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy).  In 1997 he was presented the Green Ribbon Award by the New Zealand Minister for the Environment.

Warren is a Bachelor of Engineering graduate from The University of Auckland.  He is a member of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand, New Zealand Institute of Management, and Institute of Directors New Zealand.

Anthony Van Meer


Anthony has been a member of FMANZ since 2010 and a FMANZ Christchurch Committee member since 2011. He is also the current Chair of the FMANZ Christchurch Committee.
Anthony holds a Masters in Design Science (Facilities Management) from Sydney University and is a Charted Professional Engineer with over 28 years of technical and management experience gained in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, working for consultants, contractors and corporate retail clients. 
Anthony joined Opus International Consultants in 2007 and is currently working as the South Island Property Manager based in Christchurch. He is responsible for providing property management and acquisition strategies, facilities management and asset management advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients.  Anthony has a strong strategic consultation, facilitation and technical background in property and capital asset management, engineering and significant facilities management and project management expertise in building services.  
Anthony is also passionate about music, playing in a five piece band, reading war history and spending time with his family.
