CHANGE – is there any one of us NOT impacted by change today?
With our accumulated change experience, we must all be experts.

Let's debate the good, bad and ugly of changes that organisations initiate, drive, survive
or sail through. Come to this session with your DOs and DON’Ts of change leadership
so we can pull together a toolkit of change lessons.

Key outcomes:
  • DOs and DON’TS of successful change
  • Know-how to get people onside and avoid  resistance
  • Tips for how to create a change-agile organisation
