FMANZ and Auckland University of Technology offer four two-day Master Classes especially geared towards
those who work in the Facilities Management profession. Taught by professional lecturers, the Master Classes consist of small groups and include up-to-date FM content material.

Currently the Masterclasses are under review by the Education Committee and will most likely resume in the last quarter of 2017. We'll keep you posted.

Leadership, Strategy & Change Management

This Master Class helps participants develop a better understanding of leadership, strategy and change management issues in the Facilities Management context. It  is aimed at mid-career to senior professionals and managers who want to successfully design and implement FM strategies

Participants develop an understanding of, and increase skills in procurement (tender) management processes and supplier management processes in the Facilities Management context.This Master Class is aimed at young to mid-career professionals who want to source and manage critical FM suppliers.

Participants develop a broader and more strategic understanding of Facilities and Asset Management which they can apply to their organisation. This Master Class is aimed at young to mid-career professionals and managers who want an integral understanding of AM and FM.

General information

  • Each Master Class is run over two Fridays (9am to 4pm), with a 2 – 4 week break in between.

  • They are small, tailor-made classes with 10 - 20 participants.

  • You will have access to valuable preparation and reading material, which includes checklists and templates.

  • There is no limit to the number of Master Classes you can participate in each year.

  • AUT sponsors morning and afternoon tea.

Costs

  • FMANZ Members: $800 +gst

  • Non-FMANZ members: $950 +gst

 

Registration

Registration for the FMANZ Master classes will open up again once the new dates are confirmed.  


Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be received in writing by FMANZ by 5pm, more than 6 working days prior to the training. A refund less a $50 admin fee will be returned.

  • Cancellations within 6 working days will incur a 50% course attendance fee.

  • Non-attendance without prior notification will incur a 100% course attendance fee.
