FMANZ structure

FMANZ is a member-led and member-driven not for profit professional association that was founded in 2008 by a volunteer group of facilities management professionals. FMANZ is governed by an elected Board of Directors representing its national membership. Several volunteer committees provide guidance and thought leadership on programmess and practices critical to FMANZ's mission.

Local networking and professional support is provided through our three national Branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Special Interest Groups share information in a particular area of expertise.

About us

FMANZ has been formed to define and promote professional Facilities Management practice. To this end the association, in time, aims to:

  1. Promote FM as a recognized profession to the property industry, government bodies and public.
  2. Develop FM practice within New Zealand to encourage advancement of the profession in terms of delivery and understanding.
  3. To take a leadership position on key matters where value can be added.
