A building is only as good as its foundation. FMANZ has established a solid and robust governance structure which guides and shapes our services, policies and direction through an annually elected Board of Directors. Our governance structure ensures regular and open dialogue amongst the membership and the Board, thus fostering enhancement of the quality, sustainability and effectiveness of the FM work environment.

About us

FMANZ has been formed to define and promote professional Facilities Management practice. To this end the association, in time, aims to:

  1. Promote FM as a recognized profession to the property industry, government bodies and public.
  2. Develop FM practice within New Zealand to encourage advancement of the profession in terms of delivery and understanding.
  3. To take a leadership position on key matters where value can be added.
